As we approach the end of a year that has been a most unusually challenging time, we wanted to thank you all for your patience and custom. Our team have made changes to the way they work to keep themselves and customers safe during this uncertain time and enabled us all to have some normality at home. Some of you have been home schooling and working from home and have told us that our firewood products and delivery service has kept them warm and cosy, our landscaping products have helped you with home and garden products. Our charcoal and cooking wood helped you dine outside through the summer months. However you have gotten though the lockdowns and dealt with restrictions, we hope we helped in some way.
Please take advantage of our current offers before 31st December as having not increased our prices for 2 years we have recently felt the pressure of rising costs of wages and fuel costs, along with timber, processing and drying costs. Regrettably as a business we have to protect the future and pass on some of these rising costs to the consumer. Inevitably prices rise as we all have to bear; we can no longer offer 2018 prices for 2021. However, we will always have our 10% loyalty discount for all our lovely returning customers and offers when we can pass you on a great deal. Don’t forget also a 20% discount is yours for recommending us to a friend or neighbour so spread the good news and when they place an order, we will give you an additional 10% discount.
As we near the festive period we want to wish all our lovely customers and families a very Merry Christmas and a healthy safe New Year. Enjoy time with loved ones and family if you can and be thankful for all we do have and all that we hope to have again.
